Eventful is an independent provider focused on maximizing customer value through flexible business systems and cloud strategies. They offer integration solutions for schools and businesses, including IT environment management and system integrations for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Eventful aims to renew its visual identity to better represent its service offerings and position within the edtech industry.
The rebranding project was a 1-week long design sprint. As a project manager and designer, I was responsible for brand management, stakeholder management, and workshop brainstorming for the new brand. Due to the sprint nature of the rebranding project, we offered only the basics of the branding, such as typography, colors, and a new logo with graphic guidelines.
Creating a modern and recognizable graphic profile that attracts and strengthens the trust of existing customers, with a design that will remain relevant for many years.


Colors
The color scheme is vibrant and modern, with a mix of bold and neutral tones. The primary colors, "Knowledge" and "Chalkboard," provide a strong foundation with a professional and educational feel. The secondary colors, "Highlighter," "White," and "Play," add brightness and energy, making the overall palette dynamic and appealing. This combination is designed to attract new customers and strengthen the trust of existing ones, reflecting Eventful's innovative and professional brand identity in the edtech industry.


Typography
The combination of Righteous Regular for titles and Questrial Regular for body text ensures a cohesive and professional appearance. Righteous Regular provides a striking and contemporary look for headings, while Questrial Regular maintains readability and simplicity for the main text. This typographic pairing enhances the modern and recognizable graphic profile that Eventful aims to project.
